Our vision is to connect fuel planning, pricing, and operational results in one place. As FuelOptix develops, we plan to reduce manual work, strengthen tankering decisions, and help aviation teams understand their fuel economics more clearly.
Building on today’s manually maintained pricing, we plan to develop pricing imports and connections with participating FBOs and fuel providers, helping operators keep pricing current with less manual entry while retaining control of their company-specific information.
Our direction includes broader comparison across fuel programs, negotiated rates, applicable fees, and waiver terms—helping teams evaluate the total economics of available purchasing options.
Longer term, we aim to explore fuel-release and purchasing integrations that connect a selected fuel strategy with the coordination process, subject to provider availability and operator approval.
Building on existing supplier, pricing, and fee records, we intend to expand the information available around suppliers, fee structures, pricing history, and operator preferences to support better-informed decisions at each stop.
We plan to expand aircraft support and deepen fleet-level reporting, helping operators understand spending patterns, tankering opportunities, and the relationship between estimated and realized savings.
We are exploring an AI-assisted advisor to explain results, flag incomplete or inconsistent inputs, and support what-if questions. The underlying calculation engine would remain the basis for optimization results.
